In recent years, it is an important part of corporate organization, identify the employees and the organization to match the companies to attract, develop and retain talent is the key to corporate survival and development.Literature on consequences of P-O fit has demonstrated significant relationships with various individual outcomes. The main purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of P-O fit operationalized as person-organization fit, on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance of employees working in an organization. We carry out the survey on 180 datas with questionnaire based on the literature researching.The article thinks: Through the fit analysis found, male employees and female employees in matching, complementary fit, affective commitment, continuance commitment,normative commitment, contextual performance and contextual performance have the remarkable difference.Younger staff and elder staff in supplementary fit, complementary fit, internal satisfaction, external satisfaction,affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment,contextual performance and contextual performance have the remarkable difference.Employee with different age in supplementary fit, complementary fit, internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, affective commitment, continuance commitment,normative commitment, contextual performance and contextual performance have the remarkable difference. Employee with different education in supplementary fit,complementary fit, internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, affective commitment,continuance commitment, normative commitment, contextual performance and contextual performance have the remarkable difference. Through the regression analysis found: Complementary fit is significantly positively correlated with internal satisfaction,external satisfaction, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, task performance and contextual performance. Supplementary fit is significantly positively correlated with internal satisfaction, external satisfaction,affective commitment, continuance commitment, task performance and is significantly negatively correlated with normative commitment.In this thesis, according to the results of empirical research, combined with theactual situation of enterprises, proposed the improvement staff managementmethods and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of DJDL. Enterprise culture is the positive energy transfer, to promote the harmonious and stable development of enterprises.
