A Comprehensive Study On Management System Of Qinhuangdao

The main purpose of this paper is to approve the necessity and feasibility of the innovation of the Qinhuangdao development zone management system; meanwhile the paper also gives a designation of the Qinhuangdao development zone management system. The research approaches of this paper is the Theoretical and Empirical research, Comparative research, Qualitative and Quantitative analysis.In the first part, the paper outlines the research background and research of domestic and foreign development zone management system, and introduces the concept of management system and the structure of this paper.In the second part, this paper reviews the pros and cons of various models of the management system of development zone following a comparative study of domestics and overseas. Then the paper concludes some revelationsIn the third part, the paper details the status and problems of the Qinhuangdao Development Zone and its management system. By the analysis of management performance evaluation of different development zones, the paper points out that the model of Qinhuangdao development zone management systems does not fit to the development zone.In the last part, the paper discusses the trends of the development of development zone management system and the need for the innovation of the management system from the inside and outside aspects. Then the paper relates "two paths" route for the innovation of Qinhuangdao Development Zone management system, that is, in the short-term taking the model of "four-in-one zone" and in the long-term taking the model of "government-in-one zone".
