| Performance evaluation, as an important part of performance management, becomes a hot topic in our human resources management area; and drawn attention by the enterprises and institutions. Furthermore, in the R & D institutions, performance evaluation has become an effective means to assess the R&D employee scientifically, reasonably and fairly.In this paper, the performance appraisal system of M Biological Research Institute was built as an example, based on basic theory of performance evaluation, through the key performance indicators assessment methods combined auxiliary indicators,The article mainly uses AHP method, an effective analysis system method at present by which processed qualitative and quantitative engineering, to determine the weight value of the index system. In performance evaluation, according to the different nature of task in different departments, the variety of key performance indicators are extract to assess the staff. In order to compensate for shortcomings of the assessment, which do focus on key performance indicators other than basic ones, we have added a secondary assessment targets, and can assess the employees more comprehensively.Finally, B/S mode is used to achieve the R & D staff performance appraisal system, improving the work efficiency, and more in line with the needs of users, meanwhile, causes the off-site browsing and information gathering into possible. In the user access, the system uses role-based access control, which assigned different access privileges according to the different user roles, and different roles access different web pages of systems, enhanced system security. ASP.NET technology is used to develop the application procedures, which can maintain more easily and quickly. |
