Harmonious society and people-oriented.It is an important concept in today's social development.Under the guidance of the concept,the enterprise to strengthen human resources management is increasingly important.The human resources management has become one of the core department of the enterprise.To the evaluation of employees is one of the important job of human resource management department,through the scientific evaluation of employees,enterprise in the aspect of the candidates,and education,retention of choose and employ persons can make more accurate judgment.Along with the development of the socialist market economy,produced the corresponding objectively,scientifically,can reveal the evaluation target,evaluation mechanism.And also pay more and more attention to "self assessment" for employees to staff one of evaluation methods.Which is centering on the development of the most basic of the theory of humanism,the evaluators are both evaluation object and subject.However,due to the subjectivity of evaluation main body question,we found that the employee self evaluation result and organization there are big differences of the evaluation results.On the basis of summarizing the related literature at home and abroad,this paper think the employee evaluation should be from job performance,employee value and employee belonging to three aspects,namely the employee evaluation should include performance evaluation,employee value evaluation index,and employee ownership evaluation index.Only from these three aspects evaluation can reflect the overall quality of employees,for employees to do more comprehensive evaluation.Article on this basis,put forward the research hypothesis,and write the questionnaire content,select qualified the research object,from the "organization" and "employee self" two aspects,on employee's work performance,value,belongs to evaluate,through the statistical methods of questionnaire,statistics,analysis and make corresponding comparison,get the following results:1.In general,employee self evaluation is higher than the group evaluation;2.Each dimension employee self evaluation were higher than group evaluation,but the degree is different;3.Dimensions of different demographic factors,employee evaluation are higher than group evaluation,but the difference is bigger.Finally,based on analyzing the cause of the above conclusion,put forward to improve the"evaluation" and "employee self evaluation" diversity related management Suggestions,mainly including the correct view of evaluation results of differences,strengthen internal communication between the superior and the subordinate organizations and information exchange,improve the impartiality of the leadership,establish a fair and impartial performance evaluation system.
