By the end of 2008 and early 2009, China's telecom industry has undergone restructuring and the issuance of 3G licenses in two major historical change. Huludao Telecom is facing serious challenges on survival and development. How to formulate development strategies about 3G business resonably, to consolidate and expand the market quotient in the fierce competitive environment. All of these are the focus of attention in Huludao Telecom.This thesis comprehensively applying marketing and strategic management theory and knowledge, as for Huludao Telecom, fully analyzing on the internal and external environment and key competitors by SWOT analytical method, finds out the target market and marketing strategies of the 3G business in the new and competitive situation, and it will make beneficial attempt and exploration for Huludao Telecom 3G business.This thesis contains five parts. The first part is Introduction, namely via to study topic background, put forward the necessity of strategy adjust and establishment strategy of the market marketing for Huludao Telecom 3G business.Then analyze the internal and external environment in the company through chapter 2 and chapter 3, to find out the 3G existing problem, inadequate.etc. of the business development, and get the company's comprehensive ability evaluation of the business management. In chapter 4, through analysis about the advantage and bad situation which pass to the internal and external environment in Huludao Telecom and the 3G business performance, find out the new target market of 3G business, put forward the constructive solution for the future marketing mode of 3G business of Huludao Telecom. And in chapter 5, for assurance marketing project's go on wheels, constantly improvement and perfect, it discusses how to control and grantee the management project.
