The generation of theory of job satisfaction was inseparable from the developing history of enterprises .To satisfy jobs essentially existed in enterprise's management concept, but it merely had not been paid attention to in the early stage of enterprise's management. The aggravating competition among enterprises and the more rational job's consumption idea promoted the concept of corporation's management idea to change. In order to constantly improve job satisfaction and gain the job, aiming at obtaining profits finally, the management strategy of enterprises is gradually turned to the strategy of "JS" (Job Satisfaction).This thesis sets up investigation index system and analysis modeling of job satisfaction on the basis of understanding of the relevant concepts and theories. By the index system and modeling, we had carried satisfaction investigation Shenyang Netcom in the second quarter of 2008, and found out present satisfaction situation of three kinds of jobs' perceptibility towards the enterprise image, service attitude, service quality, telecommunication quality and value. After that we tried hard to find out the reason why the result is not so good by contrast with job service current situation. At the end, we put forward a JS enhancement plan combining with the development goal of company. The plan is improvement suggestion according to the stages each type of job is unsatisfactory with. Here the stage means the service stage: before sail, at sail and after sail which could be subdivided into ten links. We hope this plan can meaning for the service work of the Shenyang Netcom and helpful to its satisfaction promotion.
