Along with the new normal of China's economic,the pattern of economic growth has shifted towards innovation,leading to the competition among businesses is heating up.In market competition,more and more enterprises realize that the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents,only by grasping the talent,the enterprise can develop continuously under the new economic situation of national innovation.Employees become the foundation and important part of the enterprise innovation and development system.For labor-intensive enterprises,the importance of employees is more prominent,and employee satisfaction is the stabilizing agent for the survival and development of enterprises.Only by continuously improving employee satisfaction,we can attract and retain talents,reduce the loss of labor force,improve work efficiency and quality,and lay a solid foundation for enterprise development.Employee satisfaction research,this article selects SDZS company on employee satisfaction,on the basis of literature study,in view of the enterprise actual SDZS group,the design is suitable for the multidimensional SDZS company employee satisfaction questionnaire,using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis tools,analysis of the current situation of employee satisfaction management and problems,exploring the effective method to improve the enterprise employee satisfaction and measures to help enterprises to establish and improve employee satisfaction management.Based on the statistical analysis,this paper concludes that the overall satisfaction level of employees in SDZS company is not high.The average score of the employees' scores on corporate policies and systems,training and growth,and compensation benefits didn't reach the average level of overall satisfaction.Second,there are differences in employee satisfaction among different demographic variables.Thirdly,the strategy of improving employee satisfaction based on SDZS company is proposed,it includes corporate policies and systems,work itself,relationships,working conditions and environment,training and growth,and compensation and benefits.
