With the development of human resource management and humanized management in our country, there are more researches about employee satisfaction. It has become a h ot issue of human resource management. At present, the manufacturing industry is one of the leading sector and economic growth in our country, as the pillar industry of the nati onal economy. The employees of a manufacturing enterprise mainly consisted of grass-roo ts employees and management, but there is rare research about their job satisfaction. This paper will provide some experience about promoting satisfaction through the study on th e job satisfaction of employees and management at the grass-roots level in Chinese manu facturing enterprises.Firstly, this paper studied and researched about the domestic and foreign situation of the employee satisfaction and some related research theory. It has a fully understandin g of the important factors that affect employees’ job satisfaction through analyzed the sig nificance of employee satisfaction and the history and achievements of employee satisfacti on. Secondly, it adopted reasonable research methods with related theories for the job sati sfaction research of the A enterprise’s employees and management at the grass-roots level from five perspectives on studying the employee satisfaction—promotion, salary and welf are, supervisor, colleague relationship and the job itself. After collected the basic satisfacti on status of employees and managers, it determines the direction of employee satisfaction enhancement (salary and welfare, promotion and corporate culture construction) with the comprehension of the staff demands and management experience. Finally, this paper inspe cted and analyzed the employee satisfaction effect when the project implemented, and it obtained the experience of promoting the manufacturing enterprise employee satisfaction.In this paper, through a thorough research and fully understand of the manufacturing enterprise employees’ real thoughts and feelings, the targeted satisfaction survey for A company which representative at manufacturing provides a theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of A company and manufacturing improvement. It has ref erence significance for human resources management and transformation of manufacturing enterprise management as well.
