After entering WTO, the market economy and demand make the domestic apparel industry become more and more prosperous. The apparel industry steps into the fast growth stage after the tough times of enterprise. But the enlarged dimensions and the enhanced strength bring not only the joyance of success but also the consideration on the development of stratagem.Under the background of more different consumption demand and more high market saturation,specially the financial crisis of 2008 really made some troubles to domestic apparel listed company.it is urgent to find some ways for the promotion of value of the listed clothes enterprise in our country.At the same time, with the development of the society, the modern enterprises need not only to answer for thepartner, but also to serve all the sides with benefit relations to develop consistently. So the implement of all the decision lies on the possibility of the increacing value of the enterprise. And the partner of the enterprise, inventors also pay attention to this problem. So it is worthy to discuss which factors affect the value of enterprises.This article embarks from the enterprise value influence factor limits,Profits from West's enterprise value influence factor theory and our country scholar's research results,take the domestic apparel listed company as the research object,,has carried on the discussion to the enterprise value influence factor question.Firstly proceed study to qualitative and quantitative influence factor of the enterprise value; secondly do the empirical analysis to the enterprise value; thirdly according to qualitative and quantitative study, the article proposes some suggests which realize the promotion of value of the listed clothes enterprise in our country.
