Management is the permanent internal activity of enterprises; it is also where the largest gap between domestic enterprises and foreign preeminent enterprises exists. With the deepening of manufacturing technology and expanding of production scale and the speeding up of competition in the market, it becomes more complicated and hard for our enterprise management. With the change of interval and external environment the enterprises are facing, it is bound to innovate for enterprise management.Management innovation which is helpful to improving management has been studied at home and abroad, but how to maximize the role inside the enterprise with so many innovation achievements; how to have a management innovation suitable for our enterprises is a question which people in charge of enterprise management have to think about seriously.Based on the reflections above, with AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd as its studying object, the passage expounds how to carry out the management innovation to direct the management innovation of the medium and small state-owned enterprises in China so as to make sure that management innovation becomes a strong weapon for enterprises to improve management.As a research thesis, it is natural to contain the source,description,proposal,analysis and explanation of the problem. The passage is created according to the description of the problem, analysis of the problem and the solving of the problem. Chapter 1 is the exordium which mainly explains the significance,objective,framework and primary content of the research.Chapter2 is part of theory research which mainly introduced the domestic research on innovation and management innovation. The passage thinks that in Principles of Management , inside a organization, if a new management thought or a new management philosophy is put forward or introduced; if a structure or process is designed or regrouped; if a new management discipline is perfected or introduced; if a new management method or management tool is used, it is equal to management innovation. Besides this, there is a brief introduction of the management tools such as ERP,ISO9000,6Smanagement,balanced scorecard and so on.Chapter3 belongs to the description and analysis of the problem. First of all, there is a brief introduction of the research object——AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd. After that, the main problems existing in management of AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd are pointed out, such as the surplus of organization structure, the lago of management thoughts, inconvenience of business process, unreasonable staff structure incentive measures and so on. What's more, the thesis described and analyzed the management innovation being carried out by AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd and pointed out the existing problems in management innovation of AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd which did not get what enterprises expect. At last, the thesis analyzed the reasons of the existing problems in management innovation of AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd which contains leaders'indifference, ambiguous innovation definition, and insufficient professional talents and so on.Chapter 4 belongs to the solving of problems. This part expounds in four aspects which are management thought innovation, organization and process innovation, management discipline innovation and management tool innovation. It also pointed out how to carry out the management innovation in these four aspects in future.Chapter 5 belongs to the conclusion and outlook of the thesis, which introduces the research conclusion and the main innovation. There are these difficulties and deficiency in the process of creation:First of all, because of limited knowledge, the author has insufficient understanding of the management innovation .So, in the process of creating the thesis, the author always thinks that the theory level is nor firm; the analysis of the problem is not thorough, the measures to solve problems are not in place.After that, because the thesis belongs to the internal research of the enterprise and the collection of some data involves in enterprises'secrets, it is difficult to collect data. Although I get help from my leaders and colleagues, I always think that the data I collect are imperfect and lack support of data.What's more, my research is carried out in my spare time and I always feel that time is not too much for me, which makes my thesis not continuous and influences the depth and accuracy of the thesis.As main problems which my enterprise is facing, the research on management innovation is not only helpful for our country's small and medium state-owned enterprises but also has its directive significance to other domestic enterprises which are in trouble. So if there are chances for me to have a further research, I will discuss and study on the following problems in the process of research thoroughly.1 Have a thorough judgment of AVIC Jikong Co., Ltd on the effects of management innovation.2 Have a thorough analysis on the factors which influenced the effects of state-owned enterprises'management innovation.3 Have a research on how the implementation of management innovation improves the enterprise management level.Management innovation is a systematic project, which have to be directed theoretically and practically. Some enterprises are upholding management innovation, which doesn't mean that only these enterprises need management innovation. Because innovation is a common phenomenon for enterprises, and the state-owned enterprises which we think they will not change are also influenced by the environment and have a management reform consciously or unconsciously, which we call it management innovation.If there is a reform, there will be obstruction and failure. Management innovation is just the same. In reality, we do not lack theories of management innovation, what we lack is the instructive operating manual of management innovation. For small and medium state-owned enterprises, how to implement management innovation; what kinds of management innovation we have to carry out; what problems will appear in the process of management innovation and how to solve the problems is what we have to study and certify.
