The Applied Research Of Evaluation On Technical Economy In Scheme Alternative Of Green Building Project

With the national policy of saving energy and reducing emissions, green building has came into being and ongoing development.This article reviews the relevant theory of economic evaluation first,. And list some unsuccessful projects and compares some project emerged different effects in China and abroad which used the same energy-saving technology. These cases showing it is necessarily that a green building applies some new technology with economic evaluation. The article analyzed the current green building features and Chinese specific national conditions. Last,author propose a way for the economic evaluation methods and parameters which adapt the special conditions and summarized economic evaluation of green building for four key programs: technical comparison and selection, economic comparison and selection, sensitivity analysis and post-project evaluation.By using the OCT Sports Center project for example, the author used the aforementioned economic evaluation method and analyzed the air-conditioning systems and the hot water system. The first program is technical evaluation. List all of the technically feasible options with the conventional technical solutions as a contrast. The second program is economic comparison of schemes. Calculate the annual value of the alternatives and choose a best solution. The third program is sensitivity analysis, identify the greatest impact on project success factors to guide the project construction and operation. The last program is post-project evaluation. In the project put into operation some time after the completion, compares and analyzes the design and the final accounts data of the project's technical and economic indicators. This program can identify deviations and analyze the reasons for the improvement of operation and management and provide a reference for follow-up project.
