At present,the world is in a state of exhaustion of resources and serious pollution of the environment.The severe form requires mankind to follow the path of sustainable development and attach importance to resource conservation and environmental protection,especially the construction industry with huge resource consumption and serious environmental impact.Can make up for the current construction industry to the human disturbance.However,the development of green building in China has not been optimistic since it was popularized.In this paper,the economic evaluation of green building is provided,which provides theoretical basis for its further and deeper promotion and application.Green building since the promotion,at home and abroad to establish a number of green building on the evaluation criteria.But these evaluation criteria are almost no analysis of the economic aspects of green building evaluation.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a series of studies in this area,but still did not form a unified green building economic evaluation criteria.By summarizing the existing research results and analyzing the parts that can be adopted and the areas for improvement,this paper proposes a system of perfect green building economic evaluation system,which is from the perspective of investors and consumers of green residential building,Respectively,the incremental costs of investors and users and the increase in efficiency and with specific examples,the use of engineering economics related theoretical knowledge,so that the economic evaluation of green buildings,investors and consumers at the same time So as to better promote the development of green building.
