Application Research Of Construction Agent Systems On Government Investment Projects

The governmental investing projects, that take the dominant action in Chinese economical activity and become the focus of society, are the important parts in social fixed assets. In china, the more projects were invested by the government with the policy that the country put forward to enlarge the domestic demand, enhance finance support to fundamental instrument construction. The governmental investing projects take the model of Construction Agent Systems, which is implosive practice for national investing policy innovation.The actual constructing process and management of the governmental projects were analyzed by comparing the managing models of governmental investing projects in America and in Hong Kong, and for application of Construction Agent Systems in projects of Olympic games and in railway construction. The main problems of construction agent systems and the managing model of items in governmental investing projects were discussed. It is concluded that Double-deck Construction Agent Systems should be established on the permanent Agent-construction management organization. The suggestions would be beneficial to the sustainable development of construction agent systems.
