Study On The Thought And Countermeasure Of The Scale Production To Tobacco In Fuzhou City

The tobacco industry is an important mainstay industry to the tobacco area, and tobacco production is a basis for the development of tobacco industry. In addition, it is an extremely important part for farmers' income and rural economic development. Along with the development of market economy and the tobacco production transformation from traditional agriculture to modern tobacco agriculture, sporadic and small-scale tobacco leaf planting has not been able to meet the need of big market,great industry and big brand, and the production need of standardization,scale and mechanization. In order to solve the contradictions between the collectivization modern cigarette industry production and small tobacco production, actively promote the development of modern tobacco agriculture, exploration the scale production of tobacco has become an important problem, which China's tobacco industry must focus and solve.Fuzhou city is a newly arisen and important tobacco area of Jiangxi province. The tobacco industry has become a good industry for enriching people,enriching township and enriching county to the local situation, and has become the local mainstay industry with distinguishing feature.Therefore, explorating the scale production of tobacco of Fuzhou city and innovativing the development thought of the city's tobacco have important realistic and long strategic significance for creating the tobacco brand,developing modern tobacco agriculture and realizing the tobacco sustainable development in Fuzhou city.This paper introduces both foreign and domestic research state of agricultural scale managements and general situation of the scale production of tobacco and analyses the present situation and restrictive factors.This article considers that main restricted factors are as follows:professional tobacco growers are affected by the current poor quality of the labor force in rural areas,mechanization in a very low percentage of use,the multiple restricted rural land circulation,the not yet perfect specialized service,standardizing consciousness faint,the weak consciousness infrastructure,the construction and management of the primary level tobacco collection station needing to be improved and so on. Based on the above analysis, the author carries on the feasibility assessment of realizing the scale production of tobacco in Fuzhou city and mainly discusses the thought and countermeasure of realizing the scale production of tobacco in Fuzhou city.
