The article is from land utilization, labor utilization, farmer investment, agricultural production, farmer income five respects to analyse land scale circulation produces effect. After the introduction of Red Sun Village in the county land circulation on the foundation of general situation, introduces in detail the Red Sun Village land circulation scale and status, using quantitative analysis method, emphatically on the land use change, labor transfer and utilization and income change, farmer production input changes, how to promote the agricultural specialization of production and mechanization made specific empirical comparative analysis.Through investigation and analysis, this article draws the following conclusion:1.
