Energy system is an important component in petrochemical enterprises. Energy system and material processing system are cbsely linked. Optimal operation of energy system will bring considerable profit to the petrochemical enterprises, and will play a great part in energy saving. However, few research works has been reported on optimal of petrochemical's energy system, especially on the integration of material processing system and energy system. As a result, some related work about the optimization in this areas was carried out systematically after the major issues in energy systems of the petrochemical enterprises is summarized. Meanwhile, an optimization software including material processing system and steam power system was developed. The main contributions in this dissertation are listed as follows:1) Energy systems in petrochemical enterprise were introduced and the optimization method of material processing system & energy system were concluded respectively. The necessity of integrated method was proposed.2) A scheduling model of steam power system in petrochemical enterprises was built. A fuzzy model was proposed which use triangular fuzzy number to describe inaccurate data. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis was carried out to identify the effects of the imprecise parameters. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method has been illustrated by the example.3) An integrated hydrogen system model that considers designing and scheduling together is built. A two-stage stochastic programming approach based on scenario is proposed to deal with the problem that the production and consumption amount of hydrogen fluctuate with crude oil supply and product demand. The effectiveness of the method comparing with the traditional deterministic method was demonstrated by a case study.4) A novel framework for the integration of material processing system and energy system was proposed based on layered iteratioa An optimization software includes material processing system and steam power system was developed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the usage of the software and the effectiveness of integrated modeling.Finally, a summary of the research referred above is concluded and the prospect of future study is indicated in this dissertation.
