The fourth restructuring of the telecommunications enterprise in china brought new development opportunities, while also caused a variety of conflicts among administrative levels and risks of restructuring. In this paper, combining with the theory of corporate restructuring and human resource integration, and selecting China Unicom in Changchun for the study sample, during the restructuring process was demonstrated.First of all, enterprise restructuring and corporate re-integration of human resources was summarized. Then combined with the special conditions of the telecommunications industry, I did theoretical explanations of the restructuring of the telecommunications industry as well as human resource integration.According to the theoretical analysis, interviews and questionnaire survey methods were adopted in China Unicom in Changchun, I did empirical human resource risk identification and analysis of it. On the basis of collected data, I presented strategic vision of human resource integration and conducting periodic decomposition in China Unicom in Changchun.Finally, I present the approach on how to achieve human resource integration. |
