This paper describes the implementation of mergers and acquisitions as well as CQPJ CQPJ be JSB merger two restructuring cases,after two cases of recombinant human resources integration measures a comparative analysis,trying to highlight the integration of acquired business after the reorganization measures taken,especially human resource integration as the key link in the integration of the approach adopted,the strategy for the promotion of mergers and acquisitions work to successfully promote the role is very important,in favor of the merger and reorganization reflects the results of the work.For CQPJ this case study,the paper seeks to theoretical research from the acquisition restructuring,reorganization and integration of the acquisition and other aspects,promoting the business through acquisitions success factors to analyze the impact of the acquisition restructuring effect causes are varied.However,among these reasons,after the restructuring measures taken for the integration of restructuring plays a vital role,especially human resources integration,through the whole process of acquisition restructuring,if prepared,whether adaptation of acquisition targets the actual situation,the ability to effectively manage the acquisition of both staff team,the integration of two companies under different cultural background conditions and thus obtain coordinated,fully demonstrates the integration of human resources,with its urgency and necessity.Integration after the reorganization and restructuring should attach great importance to human resources integration of organizational restructuring,culture,people and team-related reconstruction work should take effective integration strategy,promoting the success of mergers and acquisitions work.Firstly,the theory of the acquisition restructuring and acquisition-related restructuring were brief,the combination of theory of two restructuring cases were analyzed and compared.The article focuses on the integration of organizational structure post-acquisition integration of human resources involved in the restructuring,cultural integration,and team integration of three aspects.For the three aspects of restructuring impact of the acquisition were generated for the analysis,he pointed out the various aspects of the importance and impact of the acquisition of reorganization.Focusing on the integration of the content involved,the reasons were analyzed with case CQPJ acquisition restructuring,effective measures are proposed and paths can be implemented to solve.In the concluding section highlights the work of reforming human resources for the acquisition of the restructuring must attach great importance after the reorganization,otherwise it will form two distinct effects of two cases.This paper summarizes the effective integration of human resources and the main points of solutions,so that the paper has practical significance,can provide guidance for corporate restructuring related to work performed with reference to examples and practice.
