Based On Advanced Industry-Led Economic Development Of Jilin Province Countermeaures Research

The first 10 years of the 21st century, knowledge-based economy is developing rapidly, It has been recognized that high-tech industries play a great role of promote regional economic development. Advanced industry is a strategic industry of High-tech industries, play an irreplaceable role of the development of regional economic.This article systemic introduced the advanced industry's related theories, included its' definition, its' feature and its' affect of the development of regional economic. The author used the evaluation index system of the advanced industry analyzed the High-tech industries related data from 2003 to 2007 and concluded our country's advanced industry. Then, analyze the advanced industry's development status and obstacles in Jilin Province, combining the Jilin Province's actual situations. Finally, the author proposed countermeasures of use the advanced industry to driven the economic development of Jilin Province in two aspects——government aspect and enterprise aspect.
