Research On The Security System Of Military Industry Culture

Based on the development status of Chinese military industry culture, a systematical research on the Security system of military industry culture has been made. Starting from the basic concept and meaning of the military industry and its security system, the essay analyzes the purpose and role of the system, and explores the principles, the steps and the operating mechanism of constructing it. It presents that the security system of military industry culture includes five elements: the security of thoughts, the security of organizations, the security of the system, the security of materials and the security of talents. The purpose of building this system is to provide guiding ideology, powerful organizational supports, sound security of system, a solid material foundation and abundant talents sources. The security system of military industry culture has played a role in guiding, agglomerating, encouraging, stabilizing and controlling. To construct the system we should follow the principles of guiding, seeking truth, leveling, encouraging and demonstrating. Based on these fours aspects of organizational leadership, development planning, support strength and macro-management, we should fully use the internal and external mechanisms to enable the system to function, so as to play an effective role.
