Research On Performance Evaluation System For Digital Production Lines

As a source of the profit of a whole enterprise, a digital production line is not only the meeting point of material flow, information flow and control flow, but also the foundation and root of realizing the entire company's operation goal. As a result, to assess the performance of digital production lines is of great significance.Based on the problem that found in "digital factory solutions" project, this paper mainly discussed three major aspects of performance evaluation system for digital production lines: the collecting data (indicators), the data-processing method (evaluation model) and the running of the system (authentication).In order to determine the collecting data of performance evaluation system for digital production lines, this paper first studied the assessment criteria and guiding ideology, then based on the concept of performance evaluation for digital production lines and the reference literature, combined with the actual project, established an three-tier evaluation index system. At last, using a result of interviews amended the initial index system.The data-processing method of performance evaluation system for digital production lines is an evaluation model which is based on rough set theory. In the process of constructing the assessment model, firstly do discretization and standardization treatment for the collecting data (in order to get the decision-making matrix), secondly in accordance with the decision-making matrix to simplify the attributes (in order to get the simplified decision-making matrix), thirdly calculate the relative importance of simplified attributes, at last, using the simplified decision-making matrix multiplication the relative importance matrix to get the evaluation model. According the result of this model, we can easily assess the performance of digital production lines.Based on the index system and the evaluation model named before, this paper first usingASP and SQL Server 2000 designed and developed a performance evaluation system for digital production lines, and then using an example run the system, finally a satisfied result has been got.
