Studies On Evolution Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Network Organizations With The Ecology Theory

In each country the small and medium-sized enterprises is playing important part in economy development, With the information technology development and the knowledge economy's arrival, the relations between enterprise change from mutual independence and competition to union and cooperation. In order to strengthen the competitive power of small and medium-sized enterprises, we can set up the enterprise network. In this paper, I take advantage of organizational learning, niches width and other important ecological theories to study the firm's adaptive behavior in a larger population evolutionary context.As the basis of analysis, this paper first summarizes some basic concepts of organizational ecology. And then analyze the inner mechanism of organizational network's evolution by the made of individual-population-community-network. Also give the evolution of network experience period of forming, growing and mature. Then that will appear third path evolution. The first one is positive replace, that is to say network develops consistently and upgrades finally. The second one is negative replace, that is to say network collapse and failed. The third one is expansion and move.The evolutionary research of economics could be divided into two different processes. One is the macro evolution; the other is the micro enterprise factors influence the evolution of network organization. Therefore this paper not only concerns the evolution of the whole network organizations, also pay attention to the feature and development of the small and medium-sized enterprise influence the overall development of network organization. Summarizes the evolution of network organization of factors including, the micro factor, enterprise niche position and width, enterprise scale and age; and the macro factor, population density and competition and dependence between enterprises. while family tree is an important impetus of small and medium-sized enterprise network organization evolution.
