Use figure spot as the basic unit for evaluation, classification and graduation of land factors and weights were adjusted, the factors which can significantly improve, and can impact on land quality were marked as key factors, such as irrigation and drainage, road accessibility, field shape, farming distance, distance from agricultural commodities market. Assessed land classification and graduation by the new factors and weights.Assess the land quality, analysis the relationship between each factor of land quality construction and the content of the project, the main problems are inadequate irrigation and drainage facilities, unreasonable field road layout. So set the initial design plan, and basic farmland pre-assessment of land quality. The direction and focus of key construction projects layout program can be set by analyzing land quality constraints of the project area, this can premise the maximum benefits of construction under the limited funds, make the construction more scientific and rational. Land ownership has been adjusted based on land quality evaluation results.Land ownership of nanlun village, xinglun village, and bianlun village were adjusted based on land classification index, in order to help facilitate scale management and farming, farming facility situation significantly improved after the adjustment.
