With 20 years of China's software industry growth and the progressive development of mature, labor employment form to send this gradual emergence of a number of software enterprises, applications to software research and development, and increasingly get some labor units of all ages. Software R&D personnel, labor dispatch services dispatched phenomenon is a manifestation of knowledge-intensive enterprises, his problems are generated by the knowledge-based groups, labor dispatch of the entire microcosm of the problems.In this study, the software services business R&D staff to send study groups, in order to explore the issue of knowledge workers to send labor to try and accumulate. Research tools are needed based on the theory, combined with the inherent characteristics of the study for its tailor-made questionnaire.The main contents of this study include:first, by investigating labor sending state employee job satisfaction, describing the group's satisfaction with the status quo, its characteristics classification analysis; second survey sent their staff to identify values and separation knowledge, analyze the factors that caused them to leave; and third, summed up and concluded the software services business R&D staff to send the main problems; Fourth, the main issues underlying the reasons for the interpretation and analysis; Finally, targeted to improve response and recommendations.This study was an analysis of the questionnaire and the study in-depth interviews, the main conclusions are:1, sending employee satisfaction is generally low, staff turnover is relatively large;2, sending staff satisfaction with working conditions and the lowest of the employers for their lack of sense of belonging and a sense of ownership, lack of promotion and training, participation in the work a sense of low;3, in the work values and separation factors, sending employees pay more attention to the work of the treatment of high returns and personal development prospects.4, in accordance with the basic information into the different categories of staff in the overall satisfaction, satisfaction of various dimensions, work values and separation factors, that there are differences.This paper-depth interviews and thinking, to further address these issues and phenomena to explore its causes, the last from the recruitment, communication, differences in management, learning and training, and conflict management put forward for improving the dispatch employee satisfaction, enhance employee motivation to send to reduce turnover rate of some suggestions for improvement. |
