Research On The Relationship Between Outsourcing, Organizational Learning And Enterprises' Innovation Performance

With the acceleration of global competition, the formal organization model of simple unit or alliance cannot satisfy the development of economy. Through the optimization of resource allocation, the limited resources are utilized for developing core activities and meanwhile the peripheral activities are outsourced to suppliers, thus making use of the resources of outside enterprises and form complementary advantages with the enterprise's own resources. There are many researchers and enterprisers pay attention to outsourcing, but the researches on outsourcing and innovation are still in the initial stages. Therefore, it will be very important to study on the relationship between outsourcing and innovation performance.This paper is based on the related researches of domestic and foreign scholars, two types of outsourcing are proposed here: peripheral outsourcing and core outsourcing, and two types of innovation performance are also proposed here: technology innovation performance and management innovation performance, as well as four levels of organizational learning: experimentation, information collection, education and training, information diffusion. Based on this, the theoretical model is built for the relationship between outsourcing and enterprises' innovation performance, so as to propose relevant hypotheses.Then valid data gathered through questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS, the results indicate that peripheral outsourcing has positive effects on enterprises' innovation performance, and the organizational learning plays an intermediary role in this process.
