Under the background of knowledge economy and global economic integration,enterprises are facing new opportunities brought by external market,but also have to face new challenges brought by external market environment.Faced with the increasing external pressure,only continuous innovation is the guarantee for enterprises to acquire continuous competitiveness.Therefore,how to enhance the innovation performance of enterprises has become a hot topic among scholars.Existing research shows that organizational learning is the main way to create innovation.With the organization learning into the exploration and exploitation learning.It is attracted to the academic circles on organizational learning and innovation performance research upsurge,but most scholars have focused their attention on the study of enterprise external environment impact on organizational learning,and the influence on the innovation performance of the above.There are relatively few researches on the factors that influence organizational learning and innovation performance inside enterprises.This paper focuses on exploring the factors that influence organizational learning and influence innovation performance from the perspective of enterprises.Through analyzing the domestic and foreign literature,this paper found that there is a close relationship between organizational cognition and organizational learning,but the theoretical and empirical research of domestic scholars on organizational cognition are relatively few,and empirical research on organizational cognition and organizational learning behavior are relatively scarce.The theoretical paradigm of "cognitive-behavior-performance" and based on the theory of dual,through theoretical deduction and put forward hypothesis,build relationship model of organization from the perspective of dual cognition,organizational learning and innovation performance,using the method of quantitative analysis on the influence mechanism to explore and analysis.In this paper,203 effective sample data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 regression analysis.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)organizational cognition in dual perspective can significantly improve organizational innovation performance.Creative cognition has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance,while analytic cognition has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance.The balance of organizational cognition has a significant positive impact on innovation performance from the perspective of dualistic perspective.(2)organizational learning from the dual perspective can significantly improve the organizational innovation performance.Exploratory learning has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance,and the use of learning has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance.From the dual perspective,organizational learning balance has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.(3)organizational cognition in the dual perspective can significantly promote organizational learning behavior.Creative cognition has a significant positive impact on exploratory learning.Analytical cognition has a significant positive impact on the use of learning.From the dual perspective,the balance of organizational cognition has a significant positive impact on the balance of organizational learning.(4)the organizational learning in the dual perspective has a partial mediating effect between organizational cognition and innovation performance.Exploratory learning in the creation of a part of the intermediary role cognition and innovation performance,the use of learning in cognitive analysis and innovation performance are part of the intermediary role of organizational learning,the dual perspective of balance has partial mediating effect on the balance between the cognitive organization and innovation performance.
