Tai'an Competition Strategy Of Mobile Network

The TACS analogue cellular phone network was built and applied for commercial application from 1988, and until 2008, China Mobile Tai'an branch had owned a refined communications network. During last two decades, with the ever increasing Tai'an mobile network infrastructure and the gradual expansion of the network size, China Mobile Tai'an branch's quality of mobile network coverage has been better and better. Every communications company is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In the face of today's diverse and complex situations, and in order to become more positive and effective in the marketing competitions, a scientific strategy of network development must be studied and formulated.Now, China Mobile Tai'an branch has a better network both in scale and all aspects of quality comparing to the China Unicom Tai'an branch and china telecom Tai'an branch and other major competitors.This paper is focused on How to holding the leading position in the new competitive situation and how to building and maintaining a network with more advanced technology and safety which also supporting a variety of new business network.In this paper, we use the theories of strategic management methods to analysis the external and internal environment of china mobile Tai'an branch, following the development needs of the market and network status, study and formulate competitive strategies of the design and the implementation of China Mobile Tai'an branch.
