Research On The Construction Of New Rural Culture In Licheng District Of Jinan

Construction of new rural culture is an important aspect of socialistic new countryside and main objective of well-off society. In these years, as the development of economy and advancement of society in our country, the party and government have paid great attention to the construction of rural culture and taken a series of measures actively. Although the construction of rural culture has made great progress supported by governments at all levels, it is still far away from the requirement. As the limitation of all kinds of objective and subjective factors, current rural culture could not meet the need of construction of well-off society, development of economy and society harmoniously and mental of farmers. Firstly, the cultural infrastructure has fallen behind and the available resources are not used fully. Then the mechanism systems are not reasonable and cultural products, services and activities are still not enough relatively. Besides, there is big difference for the level of cultural development between urban and rural areas. In the in Licheng District of Jinan the problems above are very significant. With respect to the economic development, construction of culture is still weak and many difficulties and challenges need to be overcome. Subjective factors of peasants as a special group and the setting of system and mechanism are two reasons. Besides the the influence of traditional factors, modern society also presents new challenges. In one word, it is the result made by lack of investment, unreasonable mechanism, Technological changes in the environment, change of social structure and so on.According to the requirement of society development, I give a survey of new rural cultural construction and analyze its influence and effect on socialist harmonious society by combining the successful experiences in other areas and the current state of cultural industry in Licheng District of Jinan, which would promote the construction of new socialist rural culture deep in Licheng District of Jinan.
