Shandong TY Group is one of the construction enterprise in Shandong Dezhou which is involve in housing construction mainly, setting in real estate development, construction decoration, ground-based diversified construction business. In recent years, the enterprise's size, economic, social and reputation has made great progress. However, a large number of company's brain drain has severely restricted the company's further sustainable development. How to control the brain drain, stabilize talents, and strengthen the company's industry competitiveness, has become an urgent task of the company's development and growth. Therefore, based on the analysis of the reasons for brain drain, putting forward appropriate measures as solutions is of great theoretical and practical significance.This text is around about the issues of the Shandong TY group's brain drain which have analyzed and discussed in detail. Full-text is divided into six chapters. Chapter I is Introduction. First, it summarizes study Background of Shandong TY Group's brain drain, combined with the purpose and significance the of this study, and proposes the framework and ideas of this paper, as well as research methods and means. Chapter II defines the main object of study, Overviews the relevant theory. Chapter III analyzes the status of TY Group's brain drain, and explains the negative impact on the business.
