With the coming of knowledge economy, the importance of the talents for enterprise becomes more important. Talents , as the core resources of enterprise resources, have became the main object in the enterprise competition. As a developing country, our country's economy foundation is weak, it is unfavorable in regional competition for talents .After entering the WTO, a large number of foreign enterprises swarm into China, joined in the talent competition with our enterprises. Due to the loss of talented people has mono-direction, The talented people always choose the enterprise which can offer the superior environment for the staff instead of others. Facing the foreign company's competition, The Chinese enterprises must speed up development, create more favorable talent development environment. IT enterprise is a kind of high-tech enterprise , which has higher demand for Professional ability of talents , however under the action of the dual factors of the external environment and enterprise personnel characteristics,IT enterprise's wastage rate remains high. The loss of talented people not only cause of the cost of waste, The more serious is that it's easy to produce the core confidential self-clean risk, making the enterprise lose market competitiveness. In China IT industry as the pillar industries, occupies an important position in the national economic structure. In addition, IT enterprise provide technology and product to the others , and directly related to the economic development trend. Therefore, solving IT enterprise's brain drain problem, guaranteeing the healthy development of IT companies, is very important for the development of the our country economy.Aiming at the characteristics of the IT enterprise and actual situation in TDWY company , in view of human resource management, Combined with the Brain-drain theory and the incentive mechanism of related theory, the author has a deep insight into TDWY company, tries to find out the reason of the brain drain in TDWY company , and put forward his own ideas about solving this problem, hoping to optimize and promote the work of recruitment, training, performance, payment, employee relations and career development. This paper deeply studies in theory and research results, In practice, through investigation, puts forward constructive suggestions for the IT enterprise's brain drain problem,hoping to make the constructive suggestions which can help to solve IT enterprise's brain drain problem.
