Under the circumstances of global integrated economy, specially global financial crisis because of US subprime lending crisis, Enterprises are facing rapid management environmental change with increasing unconformity and more severe competition. Hence, only satisfying client and narrowing feedback on client's request, can we occupy market and win competition. To survive or develop in this kind of situation, Enterprises must adopt advanced manufacturing technology and management method, among which, strengthening supplying chain management is no doubt a fatal step to success. Hence, Enterprises must have advanced supplying chain management system if they want to get higher profit, occupying bigger competitive advantage.The article investigates R companies' bottle-neck problem of the whole supplying chain system. R company is hi-tech joint venture manufacturing high quality nonwoven which is mainly used for personal hygienic and protection product. It has good organization structure, unfortunately it is lack of supplying-oriented system to integrate raw material, supplying, producing, logistic, which cause delayed delivery, large stock occupying flow currency, hence comes to physical/information/capital flow difficulties.The article investigates R companies' bottle-neck problem of the whole supplying chain system by utilizing TOC theory. It will find weak link which we called bottle neck after analyzing the series activity of, then help to resolve the relative problem occurring in material control, supplier management and warehouse transportation link by building supply chain and logistics management. It mainly focus on investigation of supplier management and warehouse bar-code management.It will optimize and structure supplier development & management system and build new standard of supplier evaluation, classify. All supplier information based on matrix formed by purchasing value and purchase risk, then use different strategy for different supplier based on the strength comparatively matrix between purchaser and supplier. By encouraging supplier from price, PO, information, goodwill, elimination and new product, new technology, It try to optimize supplier management.Building barcode management system, start from production plan, complete barcode during production, then store in warehouse by PDA scanning, also realize inventory verification by PDA, It will enhance warehouse management level by realizing electronization of warehouse and relative information management.
