Study On Application And Improvement Of Logistics Supplying Management In Domestic Large-scale Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise

During these years, with the introductions of foreign advanced technology and the development of domestic market, our country's Mechanical manufacturing industry realized the rapid development.Mechanical manufacturing industry is the foundation of the industrial countries.In our country, more and more people pay attention to the field of cars and heavy machinery manufacturing.Relative to foreign manufacturing industry, Chinese manufacturing industrial started later. In order to cope with the challenge of foreign enterprises, more and more entrepreneurs focus on the costs reducing and efficiency improvement.In Large mechanical manufacturing enterprise, the logistics cost has a large proportion in manufacturing cost , and efficiency of logistics also affects the production efficiency. Logistics supplying the distribution and storage are the core businesses.So the logistics supplying distribution and storage of the study is very necessary.This paper takes logistics supply management of the large-scale machinery manufacturing industry as the research object, in order to solve the the common problems and the insufficiency in domestic enterprises.This paper puts forward the improved scheme optimization logistics mode, so as to promote efficiency of operating and reduce the operation cost. This paper contents three parts, the first part do the research about the logistics supply model in the large mechanical manufacturing and construct the choice of appraisal model for different enterprises to select the suitable logistics supply mode. The second part talks about the balanced supplying and puts forward the conception of the balanced supplying, operation methods and evaluation index. The third part does the study of the supply management continuously improvement and provide tools and methods.
