Plentiful entrepreneurial activities not only promote the economic development of a country or region, but also promote the progress of society and the times, improving employment and enegizing the creation of new jobs at the same time. With the increasingly active entrepreneurial activities, research on entrepreneurial performance has gradually attracted the scholars'attention, but the facts tell us that only a very few entrepreneurs can experience the joy of success. After the initial development through entrepreneurship, most start-ups pay their way or are kicked out of market without more ado because of the mediocre market performance. Only a small part of the business can continue to grow and be successful and more entrepreneurs had given up business in its start-up period. What we see is that entrepreneurs wage into entrepreneurial activities and a large number of new enterprises are short-lived. In terms of the present situation of the outpouring of enthusiasm in entrepreneurship and overall poor entrepreneurial performance, this paper, from the perspective of the central figure of the entrepreneurship-entrepreneurs, focuses on the entrepreneur's human capital and social capital impact on entrepreneurial performance, and tries to explain entrepreneurial performance. This study analyzes the driving force of the progress of the times and economic development-entrepreneurship, the contradiction between entrepreneurial enthusiasm and the high failure rate of entrepreneurial activities, and the research background of the dominant position of entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship. Also, it anlyzes the related literature on entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs' human captial and social capital and entrepreneurial performance. Based on the theories of human capital and social capital and entrepreneurship, the author proposed the hypothetical model of influence made by the entrepreneur's human capital and social capital on entrepreneurial performance. In this paper, entrepreneur's human capital is divided into four dimensions, that is, education and knowledge, professional experience, ability, innovative spirit and entrepreneur's social capital is also divided into four dimensions, including entrepreneur's market social capital, technology social capital, financial market capital and government social capital. The author assumed that the entrepreneur's human capital and social capital positively correlate to the survivability and growth of entrepreneurship and tried to prove it by making use of 142 valid questionnaires. Meanwhile, the author tested the related hypotheses by the reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis analysis of variance and correlation analysis. Based on the data from the empirical research, the author tested the model of influence made by the entrepreneur's human capital and social capital on entrepreneurial performance and concluded that there was a positive correlation between the the entrepreneur's human capital and social capital and entrepreneurial performance. This paper consists of five parts:the first part introduces the research background, raises questions, and summarizes the research methods and research contents and the research process; the second part is about literature review, summarizing and sorting previous theoretical findings and set up to the theory support; the third part constructs and analyzes the influence model of entrepreneurial human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial performance; the fourth section describes the questionnaire design and retreiveal, analyzes the data and evaluatea the results; the fifth part presents the conclusion and enlightenment of this study and proposes research gaps and the directions of further research.
