Procurement Management Model Optimization Of Thermal Power Unit Overhaul Project In FD Company

From the analysis of the procurement management system of the power generation enterprise, various aspects of influencing the procurement model were synthetizly studyed in this paper. A continuous improvement of the growth of procurement model was formed through the research and exploration according to current status,the procurement management philosophy around the strategic procurement and supply chain management.This project research mainly carries on following exploration. First, after investigating and analyzing the procurement management present situation of FD's generating unit maintenance, the main existing problems were raised. Then combining FD's actual situation, existing problems were analyzed and researched one by one. The quality of maintenance was improved and thus the safety and reliability of the electricity production were ensured, while the procurement cost was saved, the goods supply cycle was guaranteed and the good quality was ensured.
