T Nuclear Power Station Unit One Third The Overhaul Project Risk Management Research

Under the circumstances of mitigating the global warming and control greenhouse gas emissions, developing clean and renewable energy sources actively has become a common view of many countries. As a safety, clean and effective energy source, nuclear power develops quickly in China. Nuclear power brought positive effects to society. Meanwhile its safety always is the focus of people. The overhaul of nuclear power plant unit is one of the most important production steps, which ensures the unit's safe, steady and reliable operation. This paper analyzed the project risk management based on the practice of risk management of the third overhaul of T nuclear power station Unit 1.After introduced the basis and significance of the topic, this paper combed and summarized the domestic and abroad development of the risk management and the development and research of the risk management in the nuclear power area. Then, this paper introduced the theory of risk management briefly and summarized the characteristics of nuclear power station unit's overhaul. Based on the content mentioned above, this paper put the emphasis into the analysis of the risk management of the third overhaul of T nuclear power station Unit 1. It has identified main risk factors by using related knowledge of risk management together with the project's risk management practices. It also analyzed the problems in the current risk management system of T nuclear power station unit overhaul. At last, this paper provided the measures and suggestions on risk assessment and risk monitoring system to the discovered problems.
