Case Study Of A Level Overhaul Management Of Coal-fired Thermal Power Generating Units

On the basis of equipment maintenance engineering theory and using project management theory as well as modern management theories, taking Unit Three A level Overhaul at Shajiao A Power Station of Yudean Electric Power Group as a typical example, this paper covers systematic analysis of unit overhaul management process, and aims to solve several basic problems on generating unit A level overhaul at coal-fired thermal power station, i.e. what to be maintained, what objectives to be obtained, how to maintain, how to provide logistic guarantee for the overhaul, and how to assess the overhaul results. The unique characteristics of this management method lie in the scientific planning, application of computerized project management system and the standardization of overhaul management. The integral planning of A level overhaul includes overhaul decision-making, overhaul organization, overhaul planning, implementation, safety requirements, quality management, assessment indexes and overhaul appraisal, etc, so as to make A level overhaul targets more explicit, the planning more well-organized, and work more efficient. This will also provide a reference management control model for the coal-fired thermal power station to carry out unit A level overhaul safely, efficiently, economically and as soon as possible.
