Project Management Research On Overhaul Of Matou 200MW Power Unit

Power system reform has brought important influence to power generation enterprise. After the power generation separate from nets, power generation enterprise become economic entity. At present, the cost of power generation enterprise mainly exists in"two big problem and two high problem", Firstly is the high cost of operation, Second is the high cost of spare parts storage, Third is fuel costs; Forth is big maintenance scale. Famous enterprise DuPont realized that we want to improve cost efficiency; we must strengthen the management of operation and maintenance. More and more enterprises realized the power equipment reliability and safety is the key to reduce compression equipment maintenance cost.This paper based on the project of 200MW in Matou power generation enterprise, according to actual conditions developing a detailed overhaul scheme and safety, schedule, and quality assurance measures, with relatively accurate measuring unit maintenance quality as the goal, set up a set of simple, practical quality evaluation system. After the overhaul, the evaluation indicates that the quality reached the quality standard, the overhaul of schedule; management; materials and cost are also reached the optimal criteria.
