Enterprise Strategy is the overall design of an enterprise's developing goal and the ways and means of achieving the goal, in order to make possible the enterprise's survival, long-term stable development and constant acquisition of new competitive advantages based on the external environment that the enterprise exists and internal resources and capabilities.Based on the mass of data and information, the author of this thesis conducted an analysis on the current status and future development of China's power industry and M Power Generation Group (M), made a comparison among the five largest power groups. This thesis also contains a strategic analysis on M using Five Forces model, Radar Chart, SWOT and other theories. Using SWOT and Matrix Data Analysis Chart help generate and choose a strategy, and implement the strategy by using the Balanced Scorecard. In the paper, the author proposed on how to accelerate the development of the thermal power industry, low-carbon economical technology, the finance industry, and further establishment of enterprise culture.
