The Transformation Of Electricity Regulation Mode Based On Public-service Oriented Government

Government regulation stems from the relationship between the government and the market. Both government regulation activities and approaches are compatible with the government function and the social development. At present, building a service-oriented government is in great request in China, so the corresponding government regulation mode has also changed. With the analysis of the development of electricity regulation in China, we can draw conclusions as follows:the government regulation mode is transforming from regulation-oriented government towards public-service oriented government at present, which embody that the content of government regulation shifts from the economic regulation to both economic regulation and social regulation. The government has reestablished the relationship of government and market, so as the balance mechanism of the equity and the efficiency. The human value is more recognized by the government, and the public participation plays an important role in scientific decision-making.
