Large Thermal Power Debugging Project Management Research

Significantly improved thermal power capacity& rapid development of computer technology increase the difficulty of thermal power debugging greatly. The original thermal power debug modes are no longer applicable unless specially qualified professional debugging teams. Professional commissioning teams should establish the fire power project debugging management system according to" thermal power plant construction project to start trial operation and acceptance of order"& "modern project management system", in order to complete the thermal power debugging better.This paper describes four aspects on Ningxia LinWu Power Plant of Huadian's thermal power project scope management, commissioning of thermal power project organization and human resource management, commissioning of thermal power project communication management and commissioning of thermal power project quality management, and athe actual situation analysis on some issues and problems.
