| Start commissioning is the final stage of thermal power engineering construction,it is a important link to inspect comprehensively the host and its supporting system's equipment, design, construction,installation and production preparation, it is also the key step to guarantee the power unit secure, economic, reliable civilized production, to ensure its reach design value,and play investment benefit.Energy-saving emission reduction is increasingly becoming the national consensus, famous for its high energy consumption and high emissions, the small power unit will gradually shut down.because of this, The power industry in our country will open in " large unit" era, but large bulk, large scale, high parameters, complex technology of the large thermal power unit and short duration of the debugging put increasingly higher demands on commissioning management. To complete highly effective the work of large thermal power unit commissioning management, we must establish the commissioning project management system, in accordance with the principles of project management.This article first set out the principles of modern project management, including the project management most important tool:Work Breakdown Structure and PDCA quality cyclic method.Then unifies Jiangxi Fengcheng power plant 2*700MW the commissioning experience,it analyzed the present situation of large thermal power unit commissioning management in our country, listed the existence subject matter and proposed the corresponding countermeasure. At last, from the commissioning project scope management, quality management, organization and human resources management, risk management, it designed systematically the mode of scope management,quality management,organization structure management in large thermal power unit commissioning project in China. These management mode which refines from the commissioning practice, will work for debugging of large thermal power units in China to provide reference. |
