Balanced Scorecard In Strategic Performance Management, The Application On Wind Turbine Manufacturing Industry

The recognition of strategy and strategy management is the recent trend. However, the lack of execution of strategy becomes a common problem for managers. The wind turbine manufacturing industry faces huge market potential and challenge, and exposes problems during strategic management and execution, and become the choke point of sustainable development.The paper focuses on the problem of lack of strategy execution and that of performance management in a wind turbine manufacturing enterprise, analyzes the interior and exterior environment, overall diagnoses its strategy management features and mainly related problems. The paper indicates the reengineering idea, framework and implementation approach to construct the strategic management system based on balanced scorecard, utilizes FAHP and AHP model to identify the weight of performance indicators. This is supposed to be an example for other similar enterprises.
