Nowadays, the electric power organizational reform has deepened further, as well as the region electric power market construction has made comprehensive advancements. Thus, the former electric power marketing idea and the strategy under the traditional short economical situation could not adapt to the changes of current electric power market supply-demand relation. Therefore, the electric power company completely takes the internal market demand as the guidance, implements the positive internal marketing strategy.This article reviews the basal theory of internal marketing, reviewed the history of Power Supply Company marketing; furthermore, it analyzed the internal marketing strategy and situation of the current power supply company. Finally, this article designs five detail steps of carrying out internal marketing system for Power Supply Company with its actual features. These steps include: developing investigation and study of Power Supply Company internal market; dividing internal marketing segments scientifically; positioning internal market; establishing internal market mix; applying the activity of internal marketing. And it took the example of Tianshui Power Supply Company.
