With the development of China's socialist market economy, power supply enterprise must treat marketing as the most central part of the enterprise's operation, following the guideline which takes the market demand as direction, meeting customers'needs as centre, leading customers'consumption as measure, obtaining both the enterprise's economic and the social benefits as the final goal. It is of great importance for marketing managers of power supply company to study hard on the marketing and demands, make marketing plan and give effective service and operating rules to meet the market demands, so as to realize a win-win result of economic and social benefits.The Handan electric power supply company is chosen to be the research object in this thesis, which analyzes the fruits and problems of their marketing work in the period of"the tenth five-year plan"and makes the SWOT analysis for the company's marketing management. In addition, the power consumption of Handan area is analyzed and predicted, and a plan containing feasible measure on how to reach the marketing goal is also presented in the thesis.
