| In recent years, with the development of the electric power industry and advancement of society, electric power engineering projects have shown some new characters. If managers want to control them efficiently, they not only know projects'implement states in time, but also harmonize all kinds of relationships among project partners, as well as make the best of all resources. Otherwise, projects plan and their objects can not be realized.Through the expatiations to research actuality about integration management and its definition, characters as well as some integration theories, the relationships and management dimensions among some integration management elements are analyzed. Based on which, the basic frame and logic construction of integration management are put forward in the paper. This result can be used as a rule to make an integration management system. At last, the ideal and method in the paper are proved by a real engineering example, and some suggestions are offered. |
