With the continuous progress of science and technology, industrialization of emerging technologies is playing important role in promoting social and economic development, as well as their national strategic level, the importance of the industrialization of emerging technologies has gradually been recognized by scholars both at home and abroad. For China, India and other developing countries, emphasis on new energy technology, information technology and new materials technology and other new technology industrial development and management, not only of strategic importance, and is becoming realistic choice in these countries and regions to catch up with developed countries in some sectors.In a sense, the future competitiveness of nations, industries and the enterprises, in large measure, is the emerging technology industry development competition. However, in the emerging technology industry development process, there are many problems to be studied, such as what problems are generally faced during the industrialization of emerging technologies? Is all the emerging technology industrialization facing the same problem? Which kind of research method is most fixable to study the industrialization of emerging technology? How to guaranty a healthy and rapid emerging technologies industrial development? Which practical operation strategy could achieve an emerging technology industrial development? Answers to these questions are now weakly studied academically. This article is based on the perspective to find answers to these questions, and launched the related research on industrialization of emerging technologies.First of all, this article combed the relevant theory of emerging technology industrialization in detail, classified the development types presented in the current emerging technology industrialization, and analyzed the current domestic and foreign scholars'research on various types of technology industrialization. On this basis, the paper considers that the research on market mechanism of emerging technologies industrialization and on the driven power of industrialization was weak, based on this understanding, we have identified this object of our study and research.Secondly, after the review of the theory related to industry and technology, the paper based on a system perspective, put forward a systemic analysis framework to research the industrialization of emerging technology, and to analysis and discussed problems theoretical which may be faced during the emerging technologies industrialization process. Most importantly, we pointed out that there may have a "dual switch" law in the process.Thirdly, based on the theoretical analysis, we selected the hybrid eclectic vehicle industry as an example, using system dynamics approach to establish industrial model. Through the simulation of the model, we verified the existence of the "dual switch" law. In addition, with the help of scenario simulation, four major industries strategy was analyzed in the two dimensions "strategy of play time" and "Industry influence on strategy". SubseFinally, based on the case study of hybrid eclectic vehicle industry, the article summarizes the categories of the characteristics of the emerging technology industry; under the category strategy formulation is analyzed and discussed.quently, we combined the two aspects "the characteristics of hybrid eclectic vehicle industry market development" and "characteristics and roles of industrial policy strategy", and then proposed the hybrid eclectic vehicle industry development strategy.
