| Along with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid improvement in science and technology, the entire world is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities because of the global information network and the formation of global market. Logistics enterprises are developing fast worldwide as a new industry branch of national economy. Therefore, it is very important to establish a reasonable index system of the logistics enterprise performance evaluation to reflect the operating condition of logistics enterprises and select the proper logistics enterprise performance evaluation method to evaluate logistics enterprise performance, but, the problem that the index system and the evaluation method are not perfect haven't been resloved, Based on this, the paper is studied, the main research work are as follows:Based on the achievements of logistics enterprise performance evaluation of experts and scholars and after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing literature theory method, first, the author established a logistic enterprise performance evaluation index system, including financial indicators, logistics business activity index, Informatization level index, the potential of enterprise development; then proposed two methods based on the index system:the first method integrated the DEA and AHP method, which differ from the old combined method doesn't express the decision makers'preference, the method we propose there well express the decision makers'preference and have good subjectivity; after further research on the DEA_AHP method, this paper proposed a High-Efficiency DEA_IHAP method, in this method, the High-Efficiency DEA and the IHAP are introduced to reslove the problems which the old DEA_AHP method cann't reslove.it can well express the decision makers's preference and offer more informtion to enterprises. At last, the practical case is computed to illustrate the applicability and feasibility of the two methods. |
