| In the process of social industrialization,human beings always pursue economic value one-sidedly while neglecting ecological value,which causes environmental problems to be more and more prominent and attracts great attention from the whole world,low-carbon development has become the development trend of the world,our logistics industry has also begun to move towards the direction of green low-carbon,and will improve logistics efficiency as the key to development.As the most developed economic area in China,the eastern region has frequent logistics activities and huge energy consumption.Therefore,the development of low-carbon logistics,logistics efficiency for the eastern region to achieve energy-saving emission reduction and sustainable development is of great significance.This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in 10 provinces(municipalities)in the eastern region from 2012 to 2021,and to explore the 2021 of improving the efficiency.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,taking into account the characteristics of the development of the eastern region,the high-frequency indicators of the relevant literature were used for reference to complete the preliminary selection of low-carbon logistics efficiency evaluation indicators in the eastern region,the factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of input-output index,so as to construct the evaluation index system of Low-carbon logistics efficiency in eastern China.Secondly,the Super-SBM model considering the non-expected output is used to calculate the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in eastern China,based on the analysis of ML Index and Moran’s I index,it is found that the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in the eastern region still has great room for improvement,and there is a large difference among provinces(cities).Finally,based on the research of relevant scholars,this paper extracts five factors that affect the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in eastern China,and analyzes the spatial and temporal differences of the five factors by using GTWR model,at last,fsQCA model is used to analyze the linkage effect between the influencing factors,and the results of the two analyses are combined to get the efficient path of low-carbon logistics suitable for the eastern provinces.The results show that there are three high-efficiency paths of low-carbon logistics in eastern China,namely,technology-oriented path,population-oriented path and technology-open existence path.Wherein,Jiangsu is suitable for technology-oriented path,Fujian,Guangdong,Hainan,Hebei,Shanghai and Tianjin are suitable for the population-oriented path,while Beijing,Shandong and Zhejiang are suitable for technology-open existence. |
