Knowledge plays an important role in the organization during the era of knowledge in the 21st century. How to enhance the organization performance has become an urgent issue. More and more modern organizations improve organizational efficiency by teams. Therefore, the team should cooperate and share knowledge with each other in order to advance the organizational in the last. In the dissertation it is mainly that how the factors of the team process influence the team efficiency by the way of knowledge sharing depending on the"I–P-O"modelIn the first, in the paper we conduct the elements of team process, as well as knowledge sharing and team efficiency literature review, also the effective model of team effectivenessBased on the above literature review, the knowledge sharing variables introduced to discusses the team process how to affect team efficiency and determine the relationship among the three. According to the results of previous scholars, this paper proposed the model and hypothesis. In specific empirical process, we mainly focus on student learning team, one college as a team, total 19. One hundred fifty questionnaires were released; one hundred twenty-two is validity. In the date processing, we use the description method and then analysis the reliability and validity, also usage of relation analysis the three factors of team process, knowledge sharing, team efficiency. In the end we deal with the three conceptions by regression analysis.According to the above, this research draws mainly conclusions as follow:(1) In the student learning team, cognition-based trust directly and positively affect team efficiency. The higher cognition-based trust, the more team efficiency will be higher.(2) In the student learning team, affect-based trust positively affect the team efficiency. The more higher affect-based trust, the more team efficiency will be improved(3) In the student learning team, team communication has a positive impact on team efficiency. The better team communication can promote the level of team efficiency.(4) In the student learning team, the affect-based trust positively affect knowledge sharing. The higher level of affect-based trust, the more knowledge sharing will be improved.(5) In the student learning team, the cognition-based trust positively affect knowledge sharing. The higher level of cognition -based trust, the more knowledge sharing will be improved.(6) In the student learning team, team communication positively affect knowledge sharing. The higher level of team communication, the more knowledge sharing will be improved.(7) In the student learning team, KM positively affect TE. The higher level of KM, the more TE will be improved.(8) In the student learning team, KM positively affect team process and team efficiency, as well as KM play partial mediation between them.Hypotheses have been well proved in this research. Though many previous scholars research on"IPO"model,very few scholars introduce KM that how the team process influence on team efficiency.
