Research On Problems Of Railway Transport With Load Wagons In Both Up And Down Directions

The railway has made substantial progress and development of railway transport capacity of business mileage for several years, but the progress did not meet the transport needs of the growing contradictions. The contradiction between supply and demand has not been solved thoroughly and the problem of restricting the type of transport has not completely changed, so the primary problem of our country's railway is still how to expand capacity of transport. Railway Mass Goods Transport with Loaded Wagons in Both Up and Down Directions as a rapid, economic expansion of the effective means of transport capacity is practical significance to ease the current bottleneck constraints.The thesis, which is based on resent researches of Railway Operator Theory and Railway Mass Goods Transport with Loaded Wagons in Both Up and Down Directions Theory, is focus on concept of transport organization.This paper includes:(1) The analysis of Freight Train Plan. The paper builds model, which based on Start conditions and the analysis of affecting factors, to optimize Train Plan.(2) The analysis of the transport efficiency about Railway Mass Goods Transport with Loaded Wagons in Both Up and Down Directions. This paper builds efficiency evaluation model, which includes these indicators: Time of wagon turn-round, Detention time for one goods operation, Time of detention in transit and Percentage of empty wagon kilometers to load wagon kilometers, to analyze the transport efficiency.(3) The analysis of transport benefit about Railway Mass Goods Transport with Loaded Wagons in Both Up and Down Directions. The thesis analyzed Economic benefits, Market benefits and Social benefits.(4) Advices about Transport Organization. Advices are in response to strengths and weaknesses of Railway Operator Theory and Railway Mass Goods Transport with Loaded Wagons in Both Up and Down Directions.
